Internship

At Pak Suzuki, we recognize the importance of nurturing young talent through meaningful industry exposure. Our Summer Internship Program aims to familiarize students with the systems, processes, and operations of the automobile manufacturing industry. Conducted annually during summer academic breaks, the program provides hands-on learning opportunities and insights into operational challenges. The duration of the internship ranges from four to eight (04–08) weeks.

Apprenticeship

Pak Suzuki’s Apprenticeship Program is designed to develop unskilled manpower into skilled professionals ready for the automobile industry. The program combines theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on training, providing apprentices with the skills, experience, and confidence required to succeed in a professional manufacturing environment. Through this initiative, apprentices gain exposure to real operational processes, learning from experienced professionals while building capabilities that support their long-term career growth.
