Suzuki Executive Vice President Visited to Pak Suzuki

Suzuki Motor Corporation (SMC) Japan Officials Mr. Kenichi Ayukawa, Executive Vice President SMC and Mr. Masafumi Harano, Asia Head of SMC visited to Pak Suzuki Plant (Automobile & Motorcycle), Parts Warehouse, and Head Office on 25th May, 2024. Pak Suzuki`s management and Senior officials welcomed the SMC officials, detailed briefing given to honorable guests, about the Pak Suzuki’s production volumes, localization, product quality improvement and future action plan of Pak Suzuki was also briefed to them. During plant visit, concern HOD’s explained their KAIZEN’s related to Quality, Productivity, and Cost Down along with planning of future expansion for CKD storage. During Warehouse visit Functional Head Aftersales, explained the activities and operations of warehouse, briefing was given about the projection of warehouse space utilization, region wise Sales contribution, Kaizen Activities, requirement of Warehouse expansion, increase customer satisfaction and region wise parts delivery days, during the visit, they appreciated Pak Suzuki's efforts and shared their valuable advices for the improvement, related to Quality, Productivity, cost down, expansion, CKD storage, and parts delivery days management.
